Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Repeat Shopping ("Repeat"), a service operated by Klolabs ("we", "us"). Klolabs is the trading name of Christian Tamakloe, a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom. By using Repeat, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Who can use Repeat

You must be 16 or over. Repeat is currently available by invitation: an account is made from an invitation link. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.

Spaces

A space is shared: everyone in it can see and change its lists, items, meals, groups and purchases. Its owner decides who joins and can remove members. What you add to a space stays there for its other members if you leave, are removed or delete your account. Only invite people you're happy to share it with.

Your content

What you add to Repeat stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Repeat for you and the people in your spaces. Only add receipts, emails and other material you're entitled to share.

Reading purchases and lists

Repeat uses AI to read the receipts, screenshots, PDFs, emails and lists you add. It can misread them, so check what it found before relying on it. Repeat never changes your list from a purchase unless you ask it to.

Assistants

You can connect an assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to the spaces you choose. It acts for you: what it adds, ticks off or changes is done as if you had done it, and you can disconnect it at any time. The assistant is provided by its own company under its own terms. Repeat can't order or pay for anything.

Using Repeat fairly

Don't use Repeat to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to get into accounts or spaces that aren't yours. Don't try to overload, attack or work around its security, or use it in ways that stop others using it. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Price and changes to Repeat

Repeat is free. If we ever charge for it, we'll tell you in advance and you won't pay anything you haven't agreed to. We keep improving Repeat, so features may change. If we decide to discontinue Repeat, we'll aim to give you at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to export your data, where reasonably possible.

Ending your use

You can stop using Repeat at any time, and ask us to delete your account at support@repeatshopping.com.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Repeat available, secure and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: Repeat is for personal and household use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be here with a new date. We'll email you before changes that matter take effect. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using Repeat and ask us to delete your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts may hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
